BidTriage

Founding partner program

A small cohort. Real work.Direct product influence.

The founding partner program is for commercial subcontractors with meaningful inbound bid volume, a genuine estimator-capacity problem, and a willingness to help shape the workflow while the product is still close to the people building it.

This is not an early-adopter badge. It is a hands-on commercial implementation.

Best fit

  • A few hundred invitations a month
  • Multiple inbound bid sources
  • Senior estimator time is scarce
  • Clear opinions about what makes a job worth pursuing
  • Leadership wants a better decision process, not more noise
  • A team willing to work the queue and say where it fails

What you get

  • Founder-led onboarding
  • Founding commercial terms for year one
  • Rules built around your shop, not a generic scoring model
  • A direct feedback loop into the product
  • Priority attention on near-term workflow needs

What we ask

  • A one-year commitment
  • Access to the bid systems and shared inboxes behind the queue
  • Regular candid feedback, including when we get it wrong
  • Willingness to let us watch the workflow and refine it with you

If the inbound volume is small enough that one person can comfortably read everything today, BidTriage may not solve an urgent problem for your shop yet. We would rather say that now than six months in.

What we commit to

The commitment runs both ways.

You should know exactly what you are committing to, and exactly what we are committing to in return. Here is our side of it.

  • Hands-on onboarding

Direct access to the people building the product during your first 30 days, while BidTriage runs alongside your current process.

  • Straight talk when something fails

You hear it from us when the product is wrong, slow, noisy, or missing something you need.

  • Active signal refinement

Your criteria get tuned as your team works the queue, written down in your words rather than set once and left alone.

  • Clear terms, clear data handling

Commercial terms in writing, and support around the connected sources. Read-only by design: your connected sources are never modified.

Why the program is limited

A small cohort, so each partner gets real attention.

Onboarding is hands-on and the work is collaborative. Doing that well takes real hours with your estimators, which puts a hard ceiling on how many shops can be in the program at one time.

Onboarding is hands-on

Every founding implementation involves real time with your estimating team: their criteria, their sources, their edge cases. There is no self-serve path that produces a queue your estimators actually trust.

Quality over quantity

We would rather solve one workflow deeply and get it right than collect names we cannot support properly. Solve one shop's problem completely, then scale what works.

The limit is operational, not theatrical

No countdown, no invented scarcity. The cohort is capped by how many implementations can be run well at once, and it stays capped for exactly as long as that is true.

After the first year

The founding period is built to become a normal software relationship.

If BidTriage is doing its job, year two is a renewal, not a renegotiation. Before you sign anything, the commercial agreement spells out:

  • Founding-year pricing

  • Renewal structure

  • Hosting and support

  • Data handling

  • Cancellation terms

  • Your data if we part ways

No surprises should appear in month twelve.

The story, once it is earned

The result comes first.

We may eventually ask founding partners to help tell the BidTriage story. Not before there is a real story to tell.

If the product is creating real value for your shop and you are comfortable being named, we can document it together, with your sign-off, on your timing. Nothing goes out with your name on it before then.

If your shop sees a few hundred invitations a month and intake is eating senior estimator time, we should talk.

Founding partner application

Tell us the shape of your bidding problem.

This goes straight to the founder, not a sales team. If you can describe your bid flow in three sentences, that is enough to start. We answer fast, usually within one business day.
